Need a witness or two for your ceremony?

Witnesses are available for an extra fee depending on time, date, and travel to ceremony location.



To guarantee that an Officiant with Missouri Weddings will be available for your cremony a deposit of $50 is required. You can pay the deposit electronically by sending money to my paypal account at weddings@kc.rr.com or by mailing a check. This deposit is required a minium of two weeks prior to the ceremony. The balance will be due right before the ceremony is performed.



Missouri Weddings understands that sometimes there can be a change of heart or circumstances and that the ceremony date will need to be changed or cancelled all together. If these circumstances arise please contact us as soon as possible. A full refund can be given for the deposit if we are notified in writing via email at weddings@kc.rr.com at least one week before the ceremony. If the ceremony is cancelled less than seven days out than only $25 of the deposit can be refunded.


Hours: Weddings can be officiated weekdays after 6pm and weekends any time. Please email to confirm that your time and date is available. Edit Text

Remember, in order to confirm the officiant for your wedding a $50 deposit is required. Deposits can be made via check, money order or paypal and must be received two weeks before the ceremony (some exceptions can be made if I have an open appointment time). Edit Text
