Contract for services with Missouri Wedding Officiants

 

Thank you for choosing us to be a part of your important day and we consider it an honor. 

 

ALL CORRESPONDENCE FROM NOW ON MUST HAVE YOUR WEDDING DATE IN THE SUBJECT LINE as it will be used to keep things in order.

 

It is recommended that vows be emailed to us.  It is preferred that they be in plain text format so as to eliminate any issues with the various releases of MS products and operating systems.

 

Your vows should be written out exactly as you want them said including full names, nick names, otherwise we will assume you want to be called by the names we have conversed via email with.

 

We will gladly help you write your vows if you so desire.

 

We must have your vows no later than one week before the ceremony.

Missouri Wedding Officiants agrees to provide the Officiant service on

 

___________ 20__ starting at ________ (we will arrive 30 min before the ceremony). 

 

We sometimes have multiple weddings on the same day and it is important that the timing of the ceremony not run over.  There will be a fee of $25 for every 30 minutes that the ceremony is delayed after the agreed upon time.

Deposit via paypal is preferred for everyones convenience and protection.  No personal checks are accepted at any time.  Cash for the remaining portion of the ceremony fee is required before the ceremony.

 

Once signed no changes can be made to this agreement.

 

In the event the bride and groom need to cancel this agreement, notice must be given at least two weeks in advance, or if later, the deposit will be forfeited. 

 

If the officiant for some reason such as death, sickness or accident beyond their control cannot perform the ceremony, the officiant will offer a suitable replacement officiant.

 

This contract is therefore considered by both parties to be legal and binding in accordance to the conditions set forth herein.
